Max Messier - The Brooklyn Bar Chef  - hosts a series of pop-up cocktail parties entitled "The Brooklyn Pop-Up Cocktail Hour" & "The Cocktail Front" bringing together his market-driven cocktail programming  with the denizens of New York City in private homes, lofts and businesses.

Currently, Max serves as Principal Bartender for Highlands in the West Village and Bishops and Barons in the East Village neighborhoods of Manhattan. In previous endeavors, Max served as Resident Cocktail and Spirits Programmer for No 7 Restaurant and The Smoke Joint in the Ft. Greene neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Senior Manager for Comix Comedy Nightclub in Manhattan and
General Manager of Cobb's Comedy Club in San Francisco, CA. In his spare time - Max works on his own digital menu system for bars and restaurants and building up momentum for his future bar and
restaurant - Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
