Relaunching this year at the Classic with a brand new flavor, Gran Sierpe Pisco, a premium artisanal Peruvian pisco, is challenging bartenders from around the country to create the best tasting pisco sour. Competitors are encouraged to bring with them one secret ingredient that will be used in the crafting of their cocktail. The winner will receive a trip to Peru to visit Gran Sierpe's distillery and to battle the best bartender in Lima for the ultimate pisco sour.
